First up, briefly tell us a bit about yourself and what you do!
I’m the founder of Posy Intimates, an Australian active(under)wear brand designed to support every stretch, stride and shimmy. After a career travelling the world as a Qantas international flight attendant, I channelled my love of movement into creating confidence-boosting, camel toe-proof underwear.
A proud female founder and mum of two under two, I’m on a mission to redefine performance, comfort and functionality in women’s activewear.
Describe a typical day of eating and nourishment for you.
Running around after two babies – my newborn Elle and one-year-old Oli – means no two days look the same, and yes… sometimes lunch is whatever toddler leftovers I can rescue (if you know, you know).
A typical day starts with two free-range eggs, wilted spinach and fresh avocado. I’ll often add a couple of lactation cookies too – I love the Fill Your Cup Choc + Goji Lactation Cookie Mix.
Lunch is usually leftover dinner from the night before, otherwise I’ll make a quick salad wrap with plant-based chicken.
If I’m craving something sweet, I’ll reach for a Health Lab Cookies No Cream Protein Blondie. They’re honestly my favourite grab-and-go snack.
Dinner is most always my obsession of the moment: Yellow Curried Noodle Soup. It’s so easy but so nourishing, packed with tofu, mushrooms and beans.
Ever since I was pregnant with Elle, I developed the most specific craving for peppermint Magnums – I had never touched them before in my life. It’s stuck around, so that’s my nightly dessert.
I also drink three to four litres of water a day for breastfeeding. If I don’t keep my fluids up, my supply dips quickly, so hydration is a non-negotiable for me.
Tell us about your daily haircare routine! What are your non-negotiables for looking and feeling your best?
Hair is a big one for me. In a past life I was a hairdresser, so I’m very particular about how I look after it.
Social media introduced me to the Abbey Yung Method, and I was sceptical at first, especially because as hairdressers we always avoided Pantene (editors note: cruelty-free options for the Abbey Yung method are available!)… but since following her method, my hair has honestly never been better.

Do you take any supplements, vitamins or special wellness elixirs?
I do! At the moment, I’m taking the Metagenics MetaRelax Raspberry Magnesium Powder, mainly for stress and nervous system support. You mix a teaspoon into a glass of water and it actually tastes delicious. Magnesium is also great for muscle relaxation, which I definitely appreciate with two little ones to carry around!
I’ve also been taking Naternal Vitamins’ NeuroNatal DHA. It’s plant-based, and a few of its benefits are said to include supporting healthy brain, nervous system and eye development from pregnancy through to around 12 years of age.
I’m always looking for ways to support my physical and mental health during this busy phase of life. These two supplements have become staples – they’re simple, supportive and easy to work in my day.

Your absolute favourite healthy cafe in Melbourne is?
That’s an easy one – it has to be Green Cup!
I always order the Berry Nutter smoothie, which blends blueberries, banana, Coyo, peanut butter, dates, brown rice chocolate protein, maca, cinnamon and almond milk.
It’s so delicious and the added protein means it actually keeps you full for a while.
What’s your fitness routine / favourite way to get sweaty and where do you like to go?
I’m really big on fitness and funnily enough, right before I found out I was pregnant with my newborn Elle, I was actually training for a marathon.
Running is still one of my favourite ways to break a sweat – I did it consistently for about three years and it’s incredible for both the mind and body.
I also love 1R in South Yarra. Before I moved, I used to go there for Reformer Pilates quite regularly, as well as some of their other classes. It’s such an energising space, with great music and a smoothie bar for a post-workout refuel.

If you could only wear one brand of activewear for the rest of your life it would be…
Posy Intimates… Watch this space!
What’s the one beauty or wellness treatment you can’t live without? And your favourite place to have it done?
Remedial massage has been an absolute lifesaver for me. My body has been through a lot over the past couple of years, so making time for proper recovery has become non-negotiable. I go to Knots + Niggles Therapy in Highett and they are incredible – I walk out feeling like I’m floating.
♥ Sense of Self
If you could have the ultimate day of wellness & happiness in Melbourne what would it involve and where would you go?
My ultimate day would definitely start at Sense Of Self. I haven’t been in a while, but that whole spa-sauna-soak experience is exactly my idea of heaven. It’s the perfect place to switch off, reset and feel human again.
I’d start the day there, then head out for a slow brunch at Rustica in South Yarra. I always go for the chilli scrambled eggs – they’re super creamy with just the right amount of spice. You really can’t go wrong with them. The atmosphere is great too, so it’s an easy favourite for a long, relaxed brunch. After that, a walk in the sun and maybe a massage at Knots + Niggles Therapy to finish (why not!).
And lastly… do you have any top-secret tips you use to keep looking / feeling great?
My top-secret tips aren’t really secrets… but they work!
Korean skincare has completely changed my skin – the hydration and glow are next level. I’m also devoted to the Abbey Yung hair method.
And then there are the basics that we all know but often forget: exercise and good sleep. When I’m moving my body regularly and getting proper rest, everything else just falls into place. They’re the biggest missing pieces of the puzzle when I’m not feeling my best.
I also make a point of wearing clothes that make me feel good – and while you may think I’m biased, Posy’s underwear is a genuine essential. No matter what I’m wearing, having a base layer that’s comfortable, supportive and invisible means I don’t need to think about it or worry about lines. It just lets me get on with my day feeling confident and put together.
