First up, briefly tell us a bit about yourself and what you do!
I’m a Psychic Medium who connects with your loved ones in the spirit world to bring forward messages of healing, comfort, and closure. My readings are rooted in love, compassion, and often laughter, because spirit loves joy just as much as we do.
Though I’ve been working as a Medium for the past five years, my intuitive ability has been with me since childhood. I could always sense and pick up on things others couldn’t explain. It wasn’t until later in life, when I crossed paths with a gifted Psychic Medium, that everything clicked. She told me I had the ability to connect with spirit and could learn to turn it on and off like a light switch, and she was right.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to this work. Helping people reconnect with their loved ones on the other side is not only my calling, it’s my heart’s purpose.
What time do you go-to bed & wake up most days / how many hours of sleep do you aim for?
I really value my beauty sleep and try to get about 8 hours most nights, so creating a peaceful wind-down is a big part of making sure I sleep well and feel re-energised for a new day. I tend to make my way to bed around 9pm – 10pm and wake between 6am – 7am each day.

What’s your morning routine to set you up for a great day?
I love getting up and making the bed first thing; I seriously can’t function until everything’s in its place. Then I open up the house, all the windows and doors, to clear out the stale energy and let in some good vibes. I take the dog for a walk with my wife, which is always a nice way to start the day, and then I make myself a cup of tea before jumping into readings for my clients.
Do you have an evening wind-down ritual?
I usually aim to start winding down for the night around 9pm so I can really enjoy the calm before sleep. I love my night-time routine, it’s my time to relax and reset. I’ll often do my full beauty routine, wash my hair, and have what I like to call my “everything showers.” I also put lavender essential oil on my feet to help me relax, and jump into bed.

What are your top 3 wellness non-negotiables?
I’m a huge fan of my chiropractor (big shoutout to Mt Eliza Family Chiropractor!). After spending years stuck in fight-or-flight mode, finding something that can instantly reset my nervous system and ease my headaches feels like a total game-changer.
I’m all about natural remedies, can’t go without my herbal supplements. Give me all the magnesium, turmeric, and probiotics!
And don’t even get me started on our new sauna, I’m obsessed. There’s nothing better after a long day than hopping in, sweating it out, and letting go of anything that doesn’t serve me. It’s like hitting the reset button.
What’s your fitness routine / favourite way to get sweaty and where do you like to go?
Staying active is really important to me, and I like to keep things balanced and fun. I go on daily walks with my dog, which is a great way to get some fresh air and move around. At home, I use our gym to do iFit treadmill hikes and some weight training. Since I danced for many years, I always make time for stretching and strength work to keep my flexibility and core strong.

What’s the one beauty or wellness treatment you can’t live without? And your favourite place to have it done?
I absolutely love getting a massage, it’s the best thing when I’m feeling sore or worn out. My myotherapist, Simone at Myo One, is amazing and always there when I need her. She’s helped me so much, especially with my tight hips and annoying headaches. She knows exactly what to do to get me feeling good again and ready to keep moving.
Are you into any woo-woo wellness trends?
You’re definitely talking to the right girl when it comes to all things woo-woo – I’m totally into it! I love working with crystals to help ground my energy and keep my space protected. I’ve created a beautiful little cleansing ritual using sage, palo santo, and limes to clear out any fear-based or unwanted energy. And if you haven’t heard of the lime hack yet, trust me, you’re missing out. Limes are amazing for instantly shifting the energy in a space. I actually created my own line of lime products because I’m that obsessed!
