🔥My first session of contrast therapy (known he 🔥My first session of contrast therapy (known here as the Melt Method) at the brand new @melt_saunas in Subiaco today was incredible! 🧊 

I nearly sweated my freckles off in the 92 degree Finnish sauna, was gasping for air / dear life in the 6-8 degree pool (that I managed to stay in for 20 seconds thankyouverymuch)… and I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

I’ll be hitting up Melt 1-2 x a week during May to document my experience, the benefits, my progress and any other hot & cold wellness revelations that come to light ✨

Soooooo excited to see this one rock up on my door Soooooo excited to see this one rock up on my doorstep today! As soon as I heard the premise for @theplotlinejournal - I knew I needed it in my life.

Picture this - every single day of your life is a movie, and you get to direct it. 

It’s a return to being playful and brave with each and every day (something I need a massive dose of!), as well as a little encouragement to step back into main character energy instead of hanging out on the sidelines (guilty as charged lately).

So here’s to pre-journaling my days like saying yes and/or “why not?”, and making life more like a movie… spontaneous, potentially unhinged, and a lot more fun.

How about you? Do you need a sign to text him / dump him, book it, quit it or pick the next adventure that maybe just sounds a little bit too insane?

Then The Plotline has got you. Plus it looks darn luxe as well.
