Bonjour! Hi! Hello! Welcome to 2026 my beautiful friends. I’ll be hanging out with you a lot more moving forward, hope that’s okay?
So many incredible beauty and wellness products and opportunities have been swirling around lately that it was hard to narrow it down this month, but I somehow I managed to whittle it down to the below January favourites.
So take a peek at what’s lighting up my wellness world right now, and let me know over on Instagram if any of these sound like worthy additions to your own routine, I’d love to hear from you!
♥ Airyday Pearl Glow SPF50+ Dreamscreen
Fair skinned babies, I have found your new holy grail. I took the Airyday Pearl Glow SPF50+ Dreamscreen on a trip to Albany with me a few weeks ago as there was some hiking on the cards and I wanted an SPF50 to wear under makeup during the day.
Seriously. This product has CHANGED MY LIFE. I now have the confidence to leave the house without makeup as the subtle, healthy glow this product gives me is enough to get me out the door without feeling like the troll under the bridge has crawled out for her weekly organic grocery shop.
Goes on like a dream, non-greasy, gives you that “I’m just this healthy naturally, babes” glow, and the teensiest bit of colour to dust away any dullness.
This is a holy grail for me and I’m tellin’ EVERYONE who’ll listen about it.

♥ Gentle Yoga at The Yoga Corner, Duncraig
A couple of months ago after recovering from an extremely rough bout of Influenza A, I made a decision that would rapidly change my daily life, my nervous system and my self-concept of being someone who couldn’t commit to a regular movement practice.
Since moving to the Far North of the River at the start of the year, I’ve been snacking on different yoga and fitness classes, somewhat finding my groove, but never really ‘locking in’ on any one studio / location.
Enter: The Yoga Corner in Duncraig. Their intro offer of $59 for unlimited yoga classes for a month, 13 minute drive proximity from my house, and daily classes that start at 9:30am (somehow that works for me a million times better than a 9am class?) convinced me to sign up and, gently, give it my all for a month.
In that month of 3-5 x weekly yin, gentle yoga and slow flow, I felt like I completely reset my nervous system. I floated out of class. I let feelings, memories and questions come to the surface that had long laid dormant. During this time I also removed all alcohol from my life, and this seemed to amplify the yoga benefits 10 fold.
When the month was up, I didn’t even have to think about it. I signed up to an unlimited membership and have been keeping up with my 2-5 x a week practice, and soft self discovery journey, ever since.
I couldn’t recommend this little studio more, I have truly found my yoga & spiritual home at The Yoga Corner.

I recently put together an article of allll the things that help me drift off at night after a busy day, but realised the one thing I forgot? THE PERFECT PILLOW.
If you’ve never taken a quiz to find out your perfect pillow match, Bed Gear is here to change all that with their ‘Pillow ID Quiz’.
Now, I love a quiz so I jumped on immediately and was recommended the Level Performance Pillow 2.0 – slight curve to snuggle into, slightly higher lift (which I find more comfy than a flat pillow), moisture wicking & designed to never flatten, which is pretty cool.
As soon as the pillow arrived I made it my duty to take a nap immediately, and was super impressed with how well it fit my body, and how well I slept. I’ve since lost access to the pillow because my boyfriend also found it a great fit for him and he can’t bear to part with it. So we both would highly recommend Bed Gear as a great option for ultra customised pillows (and a fun quiz to match) and sleep experience.

♥ Seed and Sprout Meal Prep Containers
Believe me when I say, this is another product that has hands down changed my life. You know when you didn’t even realise you needed something, and then as soon as you get it you’re thinking WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?
Cue: Seed & Sprout glass storage containers.
I received the 12 piece Meal Prep set – 4 large rectangle containers, 4 medium rectangle containers, and 4 small round containers. Each of them with a slightly different, Very Important (™) role to play in the kitchen / fridge / rest of my life.
The best part is they are microwave, fridge, oven, freezer and dishwasher safe so you genuinely will never need to buy a plastic container ever again.
Here’s how I’ve been using them lately:
Large Glass Containers
– Prepping batches of my famous (in my own brain) green tea rice to use throughout the week to throw together quick meals.
– Chopping veggies as soon as I bring them home from the shops so they don’t die a sad, wilty death in the bottom drawer
– Making 2-serve vegan lasagnes and pasta bakes
Medium Glass Containers
– Dinner leftovers for lunch at work the next day (usually green tea rice, veggie okonomiyaki, dumplings and steamed veggies)
– Pre-chopped fruit and veggies to take to work – apples, apricots, red capsicum, a handful of nuts
– Making a mix of the new Marks & Spencer vegan lollies: Percy Pigs / Colin the Caterpillar lollies – real talk only here hehe
Small Glass Containers
– Taking aforementioned lollies & nuts on the go
– Soy yoghurt and chopped banana
– A handful of Sakata rice crackers to stave away the chippy cravings at work
I’m sure there are endless more ways they can be used, and I’m looking forward to continuing my love affair with these Seed and Sprout beauties, and also diving deeper into their additional products to incorporate more sustainable solutions into my day-to-day.
I’ve got my eye on the Wood Fibre Chopping Board Trio & Silicone Freezer Tray next!
Alright, I’m off to recycle the remainder of my plastic containers and never look back.
Thank you for reading about my current faves! I’d love to hang out over on Insta and hear about your current faves, also, let me know in a comment or DM – I’m always keen to have a chat about the wellness faves that are currently rocking your world.
Be well,
Annette
