    HI!
I am loving these collection of links, it’s good to know there are so many worthy articles on the internet these days rather than flipping through a magazine you probably buy for around $7 and throw away and never read again!

I think it’s great they have so many good tips on improving skin.. I also think genes plays a BIG ROLE in the look of your skin. I am fortunate to have grown up with nice skin and hardly any acne throughout my high school days because of my background! I know I count myself lucky!

Awesome Liv, let me know what things you end up adopting 🙂

I’ve already started trying to alkalise my body a bit by drinking water with lime juice in the mornings and making sure I have lots of fruit on hand at all times!!!

Kelly kelly, glad you likey them 😀

You do have very nice skin, lucky girl. Those that aren’t so lucky can follow some of the above tips to help improve their skin 🙂

    Those are all fantastic links!!

After battling terrible rash prone skin lately i’ve been thinking i might give the apple cider vinegar baths a shot, and the list of foods to eat made me really hungry. Now i just have to avoid the confectionary aisle in my supermarket.

Also the manifesto of encouragement was a great read, I especially liked reading the comments everyone added on to the bottom!

Let me know how you go with those apple cider vinegar baths and make sure to get the stuff with the floaty bits in the bottom!

If you eat more alkaline foods I think your rashes should clear up quite a bit as well. 🙂
