Giveaway Time: Just in time for the heat… Echolife Facial Mists!

As the heat begins to descend upon us again this week in the West, it seems like the perfect time to start thinking about the numerous ways to keep cool.

Here are a few of my tips, though with my un-airconditioned apartment and ghostly pallor I am certainly on the look out for more:

♥ PILLOWCASES IN THE FREEZER. Unfortunately it only lasts super, super briefly, but it can be a welcome few minutes reprieve.
♥ Staying hydrated. This is a biggie. Your body needs HEAPZ more water in summer. Give it what it wants.
♥ Iced green tea with lemon. Nuff said! There are some pretty snazzy T2 iced tea jugs which I think will be making their way into my already overcrowded fridge this summer.
♥ Fresh chopped fruit, chilled in the fridge for a bit.
FACE MISTS! (once again, chilled in the fridge for bonus cooling points)

Our good friends over at Echolife have just come out with a fancy new range of cooling face mists, which have the added bonus of being either rejuvenating (rose), purifying (tea tree – great for problem skin), clarifying (witch hazel – an excellent toner) or calming (lavender – good for general relaxing + blemishes).

Spray throughout the day to keep cool, or onto freshly cleansed skin to get the extra benefits of the natural ingredients.

This cool feeling could be yours! πŸ˜‰

We have three Echolife Facial Mists to give away, one Tea Tree, Witch Hazel & Lavender.

To win, simply let us know what your favourite thing about summer is, and which one you’d love to win! (Tip: You can click through the links above to find a more in-depth list of the benefits of each one)

Winners will be drawn on 1st December, the first day of summer, so get cracking!

So much love to everyone!

Be well,

Annette

xoxo

  4. Kris Williams says:

For me Summer is time in the pool, BBQs, the smell of freshly mown grass and hopping into bed after a day spent at the beach onto sheets that have been dried in the sunshine. Lavender suits my skin best.

  5. Katie Dimario says:

Coming from the UK, I appreciate Summer very much. But mainly the warm breeze that fills my lungs with the thoughts of relaxed evenings in the garden, taking the dogs to the dog beach and weekends of barbeques and swimming pools!

Witch Hazel mist sounds perfect for me and would be perfect timing for my long flight back to the UK for a christmas surprise visit!

  6. Kelly says:

    Summer for me is:

The feeling of having all the time in the world in the late afternoon, because the sun sets later
    Lemonade icy poles after dinner
Cold baths after the gym to help me cool down
Cooling ice packs at the end of the bed at night when my feet are hot
Face masks fresh from the fridge so they are nice and cold on my skin
Taking a picnic to have dinner by the river on a weekend
Rose and champagne to complete a seafood barbecue at my parents’ place

I think the calming lavender is just what I need at the moment πŸ™‚

Listening to the bullfrogs croak on the long balmy summer evenings.

I love the sound of the tea tree facial mist.

  10. Michelle Shonis says:

In summer I love smelling the fresh blooms of Jasmine and listening to the early morning ‘arks’ of the crows. But the best thing about summer is sitting out under the patio watching my two children dig holes in the sandpit with their bulldozers without getting muddy, mind you, sometimes adding water is optional for them!!

I would love to try the Lavender Facial Mist.

  11. Cath says:

In Perth, particularly given how hot it gets in February and march, it’s gotta be hitting the swimming pool in the late afternoon while it is still ridiculously hot, but the chance of sunburn (ouchies) is minimized!
I would love to win the lavender mist so that my dry but slightly congested 8 month pregnant skin can look its best!

  12. Wendy_C says:
